2. What data we process

We only process the data needed to run the app:

Account data (email, name) you provide when signing up.
Your library and rating data (books read, wishlist, ratings, quotes) to give you recommendations.
Technical access data (e.g. IP address) generated when you visit the site.

3. Hosting & data processing

Our application runs on servers within the EU. For authentication and data storage we use service providers that act solely on our instructions (data processing under Art. 28 GDPR).

4. Cookies & local storage

We only use technically necessary cookies and local storage (e.g. for your login and language preference). There is no tracking and no sharing for advertising purposes.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

Access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR).
Correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR).
Erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17 GDPR).
